Robert Taraschi is an internationally recognized and award-winning author who has turned Milestone into the industry standard for business creativity and innovation. In the last 25 years, Robert has motivated Milestone to become its clients richest well of ideas, facilitating strategic growth sessions for more than half of the Fortune 500.
A thought leader on consumer motivations and strategic innovation, Robert began his career as a senior copywriter at Hill Holiday in 1982 and went on to found Milestone in 1990. As Milestone's primary business facilitator, Robert has brought fresh approaches to business and marketing problems for Apple, AstraZeneca, Gillette, J.P. Morgan, Novartis, and many more. His blend of business creativity, marketing and innovation experience coupled with psychoanalytic and psychodynamic training has yielded strategic roles in over 90 new product, positioning, branding and business introductions. Robert is a member of the International Organization for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations and the A.K. Rice Institute. He is a board-certified New Products Development Professional from Product Development and Marketing Association, and a past Board Member of the A.K. Rice Institute for the study of groups and organizations in the Tavistock tradition.
